TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd Periodic Promotion
1. Information on ‘How to Enter’ and the prizes available form part of the Terms and Conditions for this 'Periodic Promotion.'
2. Entry is only open to South Australian residents. Employees of Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd & Hairhouse Mount Gambier Pty Ltd or any associated company including any advertising and/or sales promotion agency are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter the user must follow the directions included for the promotion at the point of purchase.
4. By submitting your information as part of this promotion you agree and provide Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd & Hairhouse Mount Gambier Pty Ltd with permission to send you promotional correspondence. By submitting your information you release all rights to the content you have provided and therefore you agree not to require any remuneration for any of your content and/or images you have provided to Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd.
5. Three ‘Major Prize’ draws will be conducted at the completion of the promotion. The three ‘Major Prizes’ draws will be conducted within 72 hours of the closing date/time of the promotion. Two ‘Major Prize’ will consist of $500.00 cash & One ‘Major Prize’ will consist of Halo Conical Curler (Value $139.00). With a major prize pool consisting of no more than $1,139.95 value.
6. ‘Instant Win’ & ‘Major prize draw card’ prizes will be redeemable at the point of purchase. One entry per person, per day.
7. The dates for the promotional period are included with the entry mechanic at the point of purchase for the promotion.
8. Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd & Hairhouse Mount Gambier accepts no variation to ‘Instant Win’ or ‘Major prize’ items or their value. ‘Instant Win’ or ‘Major prize’ items cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd & Hairhouse Mount Gambier Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of claiming the ‘Instant win’, or ‘Major prize’ items, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. The three ‘Major Prize’ draws will be held at the agency handling the entries for the promotion - The Refinery, 3/10 Clifton Street Prahran VIC 3181, using the electronic random drawing system found at https://www.tpal.com.au, approval number 1224.
11. ‘Instant Win’ prizes will be awarded at the point of purchase and must be redeemed at Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd or Hairhouse Mount Gambier Pty Ltd.
12. The three ‘Major Prize’ winners will be notified via phone and in writing via email, and their names will be published on the Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/expressoeatery and Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/expresso.eatery, within 14 days after the draw.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency before awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Expresso Eatery Pty Ltd & Hairhouse Mount Gambier.
